Please help me select one from this Creative Inspire T6300 vs Logitech Z506? Which is the best?

It will be very helpfull if you help me to find out a speaker from one above.Really i am confused.
Requirement :
Good Beats even at sound level low without any noise.
While watching films words should be clear then beats because in my previous speaker only beats i can hear then dialogues.
Voice clarity
Life span of the speaker.My previous speaker last more then 10 years.

Help me please..
