he is giving me 40GB external HDD too along with a Dell MultiM keyboard, asking 20k for this.

the person is also known to me, please tell if this price is worth.

latitude series is higher end among dell models and very well built. though 20k seems a little too much. any warranty left?

Dude, Latitude series lappies are one of the best lappies around. they are not any normal lappie (although the config might be a lil lower than the fancy ones out there) The build quality is too good. They are business class laptops, and have a very long life. Go for them... you could bargain for the price but then you could go for any latitude series with your eyes closed. check the retail price of them.. they are way higher than the normal consumer lappies....
