PC Peripherals Please Recommend a Keyboard

I am also in search for a mech keyboard. I was using Cosmic Byte gk 28 vanth but some columns of keys stopped working. It looks to be a PCB issue.
I don't game and only use it for work.
Only looking for a silent one that is as cheap as possible. Don't want TVS gold.
Would love some recomendations.
mechanical KB which is silent? :) even the brown switches are not close to being silent!!

If you are planning to invest in a mech KB, would recommend to treat it as a one time investment for a long period. Mech KB gives you flexibility of ultimate customization and fix things on your own.

I meant relatively silent i.e as silent as possible. As mentioned, I was using Cosmic Byte gk 28 vanth with red switches. I was OK with it.

I couldn't repair the one I had. So not sure about repairability.
If there is one which I can repair even in the case of PCB or controller gets faulty then I would be ready to invest in it. Otherwise, makes no sense.
I wish we had repair manuals for our keyboards.

comparatively, mechanical KB(s) are easier to repair, plus with the wide mechanical KB community, its pretty easy to find solutions for a broken KB. I have not used or seen a cosmic byte KB. People build barebones mechanical KB only for the fact that they know how they are putting the components, at the same time, they get the idea during the assembly itself about how and what to do when any component need repair. Many web apps are also available to figure out a faulty component plus with Via there are much more customization available then ever.

If you really want to get into mech KB, will strongly recommend to understand assembling barerbone KB(s) from scratch and look out for high end KB(s) only!
