PC Peripherals Please suggest a good mini tower, CPU cooler and MOBO

Hi I am space constrained hence cannot go for a full tower. I am no gamer and hence no SLI or multiple GPU's in my system. Below are my configurations -

1. Intel core I7 920 + Gigabyte DX58D5/Extreme MOBO
2. 8-16 GB DDR3 ram
3. 1/2 TB Hard disk
4. XFX 9800 GT 1GB graphics
5. Corsair 650W SMPS
6. 22" Monitor

Is CM690 good enough? My case cannot be more than 50 CM in height or depth. Unfortunately I have a wall mounted table which cannot be replaced easily. Please Suggest what to do?

PS: By the way which DX58 MOBO is better for non-SLI applications? Gigabyte, MSI, ASUS or Intel?
 
Even HAF922 is 56 CM deep. My dimensions have to be less than 50CM :-(

I just don't weather CM690 like case would fit everything I have on my list including multiple fans etc :-|

PS: 56CM -> 560mm (physical dimension). Both height and depth of more than 500 mm are a problem for my study room.
