CPU/Mobo Please Suggest a Mini ITX H61 board

Dear All,
I am in process of building a NAS for myself. I have already found the case, PSU, HDD, PSU and RAM. I have also finalized Intel Pentium G620 Sandy Bridge but looking for a suitable Mini-ITX board for the same.
My requirement is
1. Mini-ITX
2. Socket 1155, H61
3. Minimum 4 onboard SATA ports.
4. Would prefer cost in the vicinity of 3k-4k

I will appreciate if any body can post some links of some reputed indian online sellers.
