RAM : 16 GB DDR4
Graphic card : msi GTX 970
SSD 250 GB
CPU cooler : hyper 212 coolermaster
PSU : true power GOLD 80 , 750 W

I don't need an SLI plus


I am looking for a PC that can run softwares like 3ds max , rhino, sketchup ...n all and games like GTA V ( not a hardcore gamer)
Please suggest a mother board along with this config, better alternatives for stated config
and also what would be the expected price of this PC

MSI, Asus and Asrock get my recommendation. Gigabyte uses too much corner cutting so avoid them.
between the 3 companies i mentioned you can safely choose any z97 based board.
the final choice will depend on price vs. features.
