J jampack Contributor Nov 3, 2009 #4 I havent used any of them personally but what I have heard is BSNL service isnt stable, however offers an unlimited plan. The Reliance on other hand offers gr8 speeds but highest plan offers only 10gb/15gb(dont know for sure) data limit.
