UT3 is available for $29.99 on steam. If it is not available at a local store then get it from steam. The advantage with local stores here is that they offer 10% discount on mrp.

@vij.. kmd is a good option. you can get all games avail in retail here and also stuff from abroad. and he generally has discounted pricing.
