, ohh and once I used homemade formula(mishri + badam + souf ) powder for 2-3 months(summer holidays), had to take it with milk before sleeping, but that really helped(from -1.5 to - 0.75), after that went to college and never tried it again...
btw I have read these how to win n all books, but nothing really helps. (not talking about books like exercise/practical stuff), Ultimately you have to get your act together and feel it in yourself, that's more then enough. but reading doesn't hurt then..

Some books like How to Win etc talks impractically...
Also you are not sure about how good the author is, and whether he had written it to help people or just to earn the money
Bu there are really some good books making sense in practical life..
