If you want something cheap, there are the usual suspects like JVC Marshmallows for 550, PL11, PL21 and of course, PL30.
It seems to me that many online shops (like MP4Nation) would need to clean out their old stock of PL30 etc., before they list E30. Raz mentioned in one of the threads that he has ordered it. But E30 should be a bit costlier at $40 or so.
This is said to be a decent for the price, good bassy IEM with very good build quality -

Then there's NE-6/7m a bit higher, but I don't know who sells it here. It has decent bass quality with good quantity, good mids, decent treble, but good sound stage and overall a non-fatiguing signature. Seems like it is EOL as I see no listing on Nuforce site.

Xears Bullet XB120PRO Highend In Ear Kopfhörer | eBay - if you can get it for a bit cheaper - may be around 20 Euros shipped. They are not technically the best, but do have a very musical signature - good bass (but lower by Xears standards), forward mids, good treble, narrow sound stage, non-fatiguing signature. But, minimal accessories, not so great build quality, J-cord, the Big bullet housing are things to be considered. Here's a review by iaudio -
