Please Suggest VFM HD DVD Player

Hi friends

I got this 42" plasma recently....Panasonic Viera TH-42PV70H...

Its 10th gen panel and I could not find better colors watching SD transmission on any other LCD display...Its not FullHD...Its HD Ready. Has a strange 1024x768 resolution and uses some 1080p Digital Processing Chip-Set/1080p Digital Re-mastering Processor. Now I want to watch some good HD DVDs on tat display...

Please suggest some VFM HD DVD player. I wont be going for external speakers or anything for now. I just need a basic HD DVD player to get me going. I have no idea about these stuff. Please advise.

i doubt ul have to many options in hd dvd players in india currently.. and which ever u get would probably be exorbitantly priced.. but if u can get one from us u could get a toshiba one for about $130 (with 5 free hd dvds) .. else in india look for philips upconverting dvd player dvp5986k.. should cost about 4k..
 
do a round of ur city's grey market..im sure ull atleast find some models there..note down the model no come home read the reviews and then buy it...

better yet buy either an xbox 360 with hd drive or ps3..
