CPU/Mobo Please Suggest

Hello this my first post :hap2:

I am going to buy a new CPU, Mobo and Ram. My budget is around 10k for the same.
I am going to get these:
Core 2 Duo E4500 2.2 Ghz
Intel DG31 Motherboard
Transcend 1GB Ram.

Is the motherboard good?
I wanted a board with a good onboard GPU as getting an addon card right now is out of budget, i wanted the Intel G965 board but it is not available as it is a little old, is there a motherboard that has good onboard graphics and has 4 ram slots like DG31 in my budget?(I checked the nvidia 7150 mobo-- didnt quite like it). IF yes then please suggest, if no then is the Mobo good? and is the mobo+processor combination good?

I am not going to overclock my system but after 2 yrs when i feel like overclocking, will the board support??

Please suggest and help me out

E4500 (4.5-4.8k)

2 x 1GB Transcend DDR2 800 (2k)

Biostar GF7050-M7 (2.5k)

I think this motherboard supports some oc'ing whereas the DG31 can't.
 
But is the DG31 board good apart from overclocking?
The 7050 is good but it has only 2 ram slots like the 7150, any other suggestion?

No i wont be putting more than 4GB, but i dont think i would install 2 2GB sticks.... it would be an eventual upgrade
1+1+1 GB.. maybe

I am no expert but if you see overclocking as a future option then here is what I would get if I were buying this for around 10k

E2140/E2160------------------------2500/2800(not sure)
(almost same price up to you)
Trancend 800mhz 1 GB---------------1000
(if using vista get 2)
Abit IP35-E--------------------------5500
low end GPU-------------------------1100 to 1500
(I am using palit 7200gs 256mb dedicated upto 512mb @1600 in december and I have no issues, I think its better than onboard )[lol will get 8800gt or better when i have the dough.... crysis can wait]

But if you are hell bent on onboard it would be better for you to look the amd way as they have better onboard i think

Why E2160? is it good enuf?

i wanted E4500 it has 2.2 GHZ stock and 2mb l2 cache compared to 1mb of E2160,

Also tell me is E4500 processor good? good for applications like photoshop, programming, video conversion and games. Games would be after i upgrade to a video card. But is the processor good??
 
proccy e4500 is definitely better over 2160 but u can overclk em well above 3 ghz with good boards like a-bit ip35 5.5k, biostar ip35,5k.
tht wud definitely perform better than stock e4500.
