I have 3 of Crompton's SilentPro Enso models installed in my living room, 3 years back. I had no idea about these fans then, my interior decorator suggested and I went with that. Fan 1 failed last year (after 2 years), Fan 2 failed now (3 years later). I'm scared when Fan 3 is going to give up. During failure of both the fans, I got them covered under warranty; else it would've been 1500 for the board + labor. I don't think I will be spending money on repairing them again; Instead I will happily settle with a normal fan (3 of CG normal fan still runs in our bed-room for 5+ years, sans any issue).
Anyone looking for buy such fancy fans, stay away from this model/brand. Not at all happy with Crompton brand's quality.
