Hai friends it is not a laptop buying advice I seriously need advice on some thing

I have samsung NP300E5z laptop with windows 7 64 bit os when i charge it using AC adaptor it shows

80% charged Plugged in, not charging Windows 7

i have searched over internet and found many solutions like uninstalling Microsoft ACPI Compliant Control Method Batter

but after uninstalltion system doesn't detect any batteries it is same when i disable it can any one help me in this.

Battery and adaptor is perfectly working condition

It seems that Your battery have died.

I was faced similar issue last year in my laptop.

I dont have much knowledge of laptops but i remember reading somewhere that some of them have an option for stop charging at around 80%. This option was to increase the battery life and prevent battery wear.

I don't think it is problem with battery and charger bcoz it is brand new one bought only yestearday

Since its new, it cannot be battery issue. Some installed power manager apps limit the charging to a particular level.

See if any power manager type ap is installed on your system

Well, see if the issue is only for charging @ 80% and not upto 80% . If yes, then mostly there is a 80% limiter power app.

I really don't understand that could you elaborate

Does it charge from 0 to 80%? Yes? Then its a BIOS/Windows power setting that does not allow you to charge from 80% onwards. I have such an option in my Sony VAIO. Its a power application manager.

But if it does not charge till even 80%, then its an adapter fault. The adapter cannot supply enough power for charging and running the laptop together. I have faced this issue too.
