MEElectronics M6, M9 and M11+ are all on sale. Today the M11+ are on sale for $29.99 (normal price is $64) - amazing clarity, good bass, and a great tip set. Total VFM if you ask me.
Klipsch S4 and Brainwavz M2 are also fantastic IEMs if you can stretch your budget a bit beyond $45.

please let us know what kind of sound signature you like? more bass or neutral?
if you like bass then Ne6 is for you or even PL21 which costs less than NE6. PL30 is more balanced.

Sennheiser HD 202 is it good, they have good(read as: more) bass and i find them value for money. however they do cause some discomfort after approx 1.5-2hrs of usage. this is based on my personal experience.
you can get your stuff from Ebay india itself, combine it with some discount coupons
