plz suggest vfm 32"lcd tv and htib 2.1 or 5.1

I'm interested in buying 32" LCD.. Just today saw an offer by LG
LCD TV+ Home Theatre+DTH connection+50 DVD
32LH35 + HT924 + Airtel Digital TV connection with 4 moths subscription + 50 Movies DVD pack..For Rs 49,990/-
Also.. 37LH50 (rest offer same) for Rs 64,990/-

Seems pretty attactive.. any feedack on this

It`s better to ask for discount rather than buying Airtel Digital TV connection.
Also I`ld tell you to go for 32LH35 or i guess there`s one model 42 LP50.

It depends on the room where u r going to place LCD.
I don`t know but 37 inches one are quite unpopular in market.
 
^ what about the HT924?? is it good to club it with the LCD??

Also.. is the pricing good or is it better to get the LCD alone??..
