It was bought locally on 10 Sep 2021 for an MRP of 57500/-
If any prospective buyers think that it is still overpriced.

An unrelated post - I appreciate established honest people on this forum and for people to clamor together and beat down local thugs and wannabe ganstas :D

I am going to be reaching out to @puns with a story to kick two people off this forum once and for all. Fake GST invoices, fibs, lies, extortion.
Today someone came to my house with cops only to get put in his place with a possible IPC 507 (criminal intimidation) where the SI had to put him in his place. Else bye bye Texas dreams, roll eyes.
