Podcast manager with scheduler

Can someone suggest me a good audio/video podcast downloader which downloads podcasts in m4v or mp4 format, 320 x240 resolution videos and can be scheduled to download them in the night.

I have night unlimited plan :bleh:

I dunno if iTunes can do it, even if it can, please suggest something else..
