I'm not very good with networking but looking for a solution similar to this.
New version is available for 500 more,
How will you justify your price?

Need some more info, did you set this up? Is it working perfectly with or without arch Linux?
 
The ebay link you have provided is listed be me...
I am using 2 such box, one for office and one at home. I have installed arch linux on many such system. Its the best model to run arch linux.
