PC version of Prince of Persia delayed

Ubi cut it fine

The new-look Prince of Persia, which sees Ubisoft hitting the refresh button on their long-running adventure, will be out on the PC a week later than originally scheduled, we learn.

Prince of Persia will hit the old beige box on the 12th of December now, while console versions of the new installment are set to arrive on the 5th of December as originally planned.

The new 'PoP' is one of the last of the big festive releases to make it out in time for the Christmas season, and as such, Ubisoft might be hoping to repeat their last Christmas number one success - which they enjoyed with Assassin's Creed in 2007.

Dude it's a trend. It's not like this has happened for the first time. If you look at Assassins Creed's delay then you would have got a fair idea. They had pushed it, dragged it & the shoved it to a painful release. Me buying or not shouldn't be the point at all. It's about the game releasing to the world & keeping promises. And there is hardly any difference between the consoles & PC release date, so I don't understand how much money would they want to extract out of consoles alone.
