Portable Speakers for Sony Xperia Z

Hi Mates,
Need to gift a portable to speaker that will be used with Sony Xperia Z & occasionally a laptop.

Budget - 1.5K - 2K
Purpose - Music & Movies while connected to Laptop
Should be portable, easy to carry & good battery life.

Open for both wired & wireless option. Please suggest

You can get cheap off brand speakers in your budget. Sound quality will be poor though... You can try X-Minis
