The best part was Ronaldo getting booed every time he got the ball :D :D .....

He deserved it !!!

The crowd woud be cheering whoever had the ball...but the moment Ronaldo got it, you clearly make out that most of the crowd was booing hime :P

heh and this is in gremany, neutral country. I wonder what will happen in EPL. I am sure MU will sell em off. If he ever plays in england he will get rotten eggs and beer bottles :P

Everyone will be pissed with him. And he has played well in this world cup. So, I guess Man U can get a decent price for him.

They would have lost out on the value of Nistelrooy....they can sort of make up that loss by selling him.

Yay France won...

So that makes it France 8 Portugal 0 in 8 meetings...mrorons couldnt even draw one..maybe coz lot of matches were in knockout stage...but really what were the people here thinking when they bet on Portugal....

and Ronaldo deserved it for what he did against England and to other teams...he dives all over the place...his acting and provocation skills won it against England when he got Rooney sent off protesting for his teammate... I mean putting that sordid expression appealing against Rooney under Rooneys nose must hv pissed him so much he had to shove him n that meant Red Card...
 
bah no!!! france dont seem as potent as the italians!! it wasnt the best of games compared to the one against brazil and spain!! .....

actually Zidane (or Zizou) did nothing special yesterday apart from scoring that goal frm the penalty spot.

France played poorly yesterday..this performance was nothing compared to what they did against brazil.. france looked a tired team and if they play anything like this against italy, the cup will have italy's name on it...guaranteed!

blame it on portugal's poor finishing more than france's defending that lost em the game.
 
Totally agree with Quicky... Portugal seemed to be really briliant in the field... Ronaldo seemed awesome... Choked at the finish thts all...
Dont flame me but i feel france seems to be winnin all the matches by luck but not with talent.. lesse how finals will turn out to be...
 
^France beat Brazil and Spain fair and square no denying that. It was only yesterday that they looked slightly off colour. But still , their defence held up , Thuram showed his vast experience and except for the sitter which Figo missed , Portugal didnt get too many chances. But yes, I agree France have to raise their game further to win against Italy which I am sure will happen :P.
Watch out for Zidane again, he thrives in the big matches.

What BS.. Do you know that last 8 meetings against France, portugal couldnt even draw a single game.....Every single game won by France...

I'm not an expert but it did seem to be a penalty but there was one occasion ,ronaldo was pushed wen he was tryin for a header... Donno if that a penalty though...

but ragarding that openalty it really wasnt one seemd to me .. he didnt put his left foot he just fell down and the gu stumbled on him.
