@mods Can you relist this thread, maybe the old guys who bought or sold stuff to the actual Nikhil can reach him and ask him to change his password. Nikhil might loose his repo at other places too.

Is it possible to do an IP trace, between his last activity, latest ?

Its clear the account was misused by a scammer so both buyers should post the detail of the person they've paid. If he was genuine seller the paid amount should have been returned by now (unless he is doing a night shift)

I really have trouble understanding how so many senior members fall for this over and over, it seems greed trumps common sense every time, pretty sad look for TE.

Sad day for TE's reputation, it's sad to see educated people play with someone’s hard-earned money like that. The best we can do is use stronger passwords, store them securely in a password manager, and enable two-factor authentication. Another option is to cross-check with people who previously gave feedback on their credentials, but that’s not always practical. Hopefully, TE will take proactive measures moving forward, like implementing monitoring or setting up flags for inactive accounts.

p.s: just checked there is no notification/mail when someone enters wrong passwords multiple times.
