IS it Possible to run GTX 460 on GIGABYTE superb 460w

hi, guys , i want to buy this card but have the gigabyte superb 460w . has anyone able to run it on this pc . i know the tech. specification shows we can but want to know the practical thing . so if somebody do ; is it safe to buy for this PSU ?
 
It may be possible to just get it running.

Whether it is safe or wise to use that, i think not.

If your other specs are "decent", then it will be all the more reason for it not to run. :P

And even if it "runs", it may start "walking" in sometime.

i.e. approach critical failure and may even kill/burn anything that feeds off it if it goes out with a bang esp.

eg. Check this case of a person having problems with his "decent" rig "running" on a basic PSU

By decent, I meant decent in a general way. If he's running a high end rig then there's no chance he would run the gfx card. Therefore the 'decent'.
