search Google for 000x111 wallpapers

How do i get a perfect wallpaper for Android everything gets stretched

Check the resolution of your phone's display.. then google for the image of that size / resize images to fit the resolution.
Then in your phone, select the option that says "no scollable wallpaper" This makes your wallpaper static and only the icons move.. like legacy mobiles.

If you are looking out for a tablet, just give up, I have tried everything and it just stretches any wallpaper.

You need to use a launcher like GO Launcher. That is what I use.
