MIUIv5 . Theme is a mix of different icons etc. LWP in the background. Widget is Zooper (Retro widgets).

With the help of WSM tools. Shows the carrier logo on statusbar.

I am trying out the Themer app (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mycolorscreen.themer&hl=en) which lets you download per rendered themes and directly apply them. It is good for people who don't want to spend too much time customizing everything themselves.
