I think earlier I only had AA on, but not Dx10.

Now I have both AA and dx10 on, they have a bit confusing setting for that option.

Ill try to take comparison SS of dx9 and 10 later. The SS which have a black background on the fraps fps indicator are dx10, with dx9 there is no black box behind the yellow numbers.

BTW, if they release a fix that allows us to play the game without turning back the clock please let me know about it.

Gears of War - Comparing dx9 and dx10.

Its hard to pinpoint the difference, but I think dx10 looks nicer overall.

This is one of those games that keeps getting better the further you play it.

The indoors graphics too are looking very nice.

Here comes FEAR 2 ... much better looking, advanced weapons and amazing optimisation ... giving avg 40 FPS with everything @ Max on 1680x1050 for me...​

Auto detect put all settings on HIGH.

How do I change the mode to dx9 instead of dx10, I can't find that option anywhere. Maybe with dx9 I can put some AA on the game.







The turtle was not there when I had tried the first level earlier.

Very unique story of this game, got to kill the aliens and stay alive on their thermal energy.

This time in DX10 mode with all effects set up, looks really nice and smooth, gameplay is very nice too.













There was no babe in Fuels of War and Gears of War, this one has a cute game-babe. Smart developers.















After Gears of War this is the second DX10 game I am able to play at max settings.

Two years on and it's still the most complete racing experience out there .
Graphics are beginning to age but the AI is awesome as ever.

Played Mirrors Edge a bit late ...but what a game , totally different to other games graphics and gameplay wise....some screenies..
