But its 5mins walk from grantroad station.

DD, From Wilson college its about 5 - 10 mins out.

one question though, what kinda speaker placement is that?
wouldn't a bit of distance from where you sit with some tow in be a better idea?

yeah but i mostly listen to music or watch movie from little bit distance so its ok, well the room is little small and odd placement of door makes it little difficult to place the speakers wider. also there is cupboard on the left which also creates problem :(
