Posters (Important Update. Check Post number 203 )

Just to give you an idea.

The Tax + shipping to US address is coming to $30 so far for all the orders mentioned here ( orders worth $127 ). It will cost another $35-40 to get it here in India. If we get more orders, shipping not going to increase much ( $1 per item local and another $1 per item to get it to india ). So if we get more orders, price / order is only going to go down.

For 13 orders, we are paying 50 -55% of the item cost in shipping alone. So for rough calculation if you are ordering items worth 1000 bucks, you are gonna pay another 500 bucks in shipping. This will go down only if quantity goes up.
I wont be able to handle any orders over $200.(Cost on the site)

And the US to India shipping will be 3 day DHL. Shipping by USPS will be slightly cheaper but it will take ages and I wont trust safety of posters with Indian post.
 
Me too in for 2-3 posters. Will look up and link them here. Wouldn't it be easier to let KMD handle it if the orders are in a larger quantity, since it will be difficult for you to handle 200$+ orders.

Yup, not an issue at all. Once we have enough interest, we can go to kmd.

Actually $200 is not an issue. My CC limit is much higher :P
But I was not going to take any advance and order it straight away as it will come by next wednesday if ordered by today / tomorrow.

Currently there is 10% tax on purchase price ( they are charging tax regardless of shipping address. Tried both CA and New Jersey address. Shipping is $7.99 for first item and $0.99 for each additional item. So even through KMD, orders will be cheaper only if they are well in excess of 20 pieces as only then we will be saving on minimal Fedex / DHL / UPS shipping of 24 inch document tube.

Thats the main problem. 2 feet tube shipping costs astronomically higher.

Thats 23 posters so far. Normal rate of 1 poster is $7.99.

23x $7.99 = $183.7

Vij's order is $7 extra
xerocool's order is $4 extra

Total cost so far = $194 approx.

This means you have already reached your limit Shripad. Is there any way you can increase this limit to 400-500 so that more people can benefit from this and the overall cost will come down even more?

Edit : Even W1nd is interested but I guess he is out of luck since you have already reached your limit. :P

$200 is rought limit I set for myself re for the money I can invest upfront without taking any advance from you guys.

And also there is 20% off today on basic cost. ;)
 
Might be interested in a few (1-3) depending on the pricing .Shripad , can you give a rough idea on how much would 1 poster cost if we order around 50 posters or so. ? :)
