Answering my own question. This Ambrane one appears to support it, at least based on the Customer Questions -

Thanks. This reminded me that I needed one and just now ordered the 10000mAh one. Earlier had the Mi pocket power bank but after 6 months it was not able to charge a 4000mAh mobile for a full cycle. Hope this one lasts for sometime.

I have the Oneplus 10000mah powerbank, it supports pass through charging and retains its capacity even after 6 months.

Xiaomi's power bank do have pass through charging. And they support fast charging.
