PPOBox domain expired?

Just checked now says domain expired on 18th Jan and is due for renewal or expiry.
I know they'll do something about it as they have thousands of packagesgoing in and out everyday, but why does this have to happen?
Checked records and found that it was regged on 18th Jan 2012 :scared14:
I have a package coming their way soon, and am not sure whats gonna happen.
Am able to track other package using ICC website, but cannot login to my account using the credentials I have at PPO.
Update - Site just came back on 21st Jan @ 11.35am.
 
Even ibhejo was started a few months ago... All these are new startups, anyone can open one... Just sign a MOU with iccworld, get a us address and behold, u have ur own forwarding website.

ICC PPO service has been there for a while, the first time I used PPO was in mid 2010. They started a dedicated site called PPOBox.com only last year.

And PPO Box is run by ICC World itself -- ICC World
 
Thats fine that ppo is managed by ICC, am worried about my package which is yet to reach the NY warehouse of PPOBox.
Just hope am not going to be scammed as the money can't be recovered by any means coz its not the sellers fault that ppobox is closed.
I understand that the package will reach ICC's warehouse but am not sure if it'll reach me.
I called up ICC and they are clueless and gave me PPO's number, which rings and nobody answers.
Its weird that a parent company is least bothered about its child concern?
ICC's live chat functionality is also down since last night, should be up now as its almost 11am

I know, I'm talking about the website.. And also how easy it is to open a site like ppobox or ishop or ibhejo..
