Yes, need to update BIOS, might support USB flashing w/o CPU, read specs carefully.
Cooler - AG620 or CM 620S, you need twin fan twin tower cooler. Ignore antec as Deepcool & Cooler Master are much better brands.

Check VRM test by Hardware Unboxed on B660 mobos with i7 12700K (most B760 mobos are same as B660 & 12700K draws 180W like 14600K)
