I am looking to sell both together or i'll be stuck with the motherboard. :(

BTW, do you have a motherboard already?
 
I totally understand, no problem. I already have a motherboard, an MSI Z170-Krait something something. I also have that same CPU doing duty in another z270 machine and need to run Windows 7, hence the requirement for Skylake only.
