Not that im saying that this is right , but with silly buyers with weired demands you can,

Call him in the dead of night to sell him some insurance/car loan/mobile connection etc.

You can even give his number to your friends who want a tension release after a hard days work :) . I did it once to a stupid buyer on ebay ;)
