I have been to CTC on 3rd Oct 2009 and bought the following at Arun Computers:
1) DVI-D to HDMI cable (to connect my M2NPV-VM Asus motherboard to my 42" PQ60R LG Plasma TV) = Rs.350 local made
2) HDMI to HDMI cable (to connect my Lenovo laptop to my Plasma TV) =Rs.350 local made.
3) 500GB Seagate external HDD for Rs.2375
4)2GB 800Hz RAM for Rs. 1700 and
5)4GB MicroSDHC card for Rs.475.
 
prices on 20 Oct at CTC

1) 500GB Seagate SATA HDD - 2400

2) Palit 9400GT 1GB - 2450

3) Samsung 2033sw monitor - 7200
 
Can someone give prices and suggest a good shop giving the best price for this pc

Wipro 1K VA UPS - Rs.4890
LG DVD 22X Writer - Around Rs.2000 (not sure)

Thanks Prasanna. I am thinking of buying the exact same rig except the motherboard, which on my config should be a Gigabyte GA-P55M-UD2.

However, this info helped me a lot!!

Gigabyte, that model was not available in that shop and he said it wont be available for next 10-15 days! :(. This MSI is good, but costs more. Check the features once. Might be a bit advanced than Gigabyte.I did not enquire any other shops.
Also, when you buy RAM and HardDisk, make sure that everything works fine there itself!! I recommend taking a Ubuntu CD and doing a memtest. I am having problems now with frequent crashes! Checking it..

ram prices have gone up

that price was way back in mid 09

2gb 800mhz costs u 2200 RS (will still increase)
seagate 1tb 3800rs
 
Yes, the ram prices have gone high. They are just heating up. Todays Price foe 2 Gb kingston 800Mhz is 2250 in CTC. And yes the 9600Gt By Spakle is Rs.3200.

To Ocizer. You can Downgrade Your PSP And hack it to 5.00 M33-6. But the hack will be temporary means you shoud not switch the PSP off but keep it in stand-by mode.Use ChickHENR2. Google how to hack PSP-2000 with chickhenR2.
