For u r use I will suggest Dell s2409,which is easily available and great performance,personally i have used dell monitors and they r great performers and dell provides good after sales service, don't know about the benq and samsung monitors i haven't use them ,S2409 has got good reviews and one of the best around 13k budget ,U may also look at dell St2410 which is new model ,with better look ,high contrast ratio of 50000:1,antiglare glossy screen, rest all the specs r same as s2409 but st2410 is little bit costlier than s2409.

From where u got that info i have directly contacted dell and and got the price for st2410.
