It depends on what r u looking for. Seagate is a bit faster than both WD models available (WD Green and WD Blue). But for me WD is more reliable, offers two years extra warranty (5 years instead of Seagate's 3 yr), and On site warranty (they pick the drive from your home ) as i dont trust seagate RMA service as it is handled by the infamous Accel Care !!

Now its your call !
