CPU/Mobo Prices of x2 proccy in MUMBAI

I wanted to know the market price of the x2 3800+ in Mumbai, I know its supposed to be 8.5k but my dealer is quoting 9.7k for it.Can someone please tell me the best price that I can get it and from where.Thanks.
 
Even blade_runner was saying the dealers there are quoted 9.7k for the proccy, so ud have to source it from somewhere...
 
blueyesdude...this guy said his dealer was offering the stuff at 8.5k(i guess he told active infocomm...somwhere near braintone)........
btw i too want that stuff(939 socket one)......can we guys buy it together......hope some $$ goes down...wht say dd......

or is it lik if u keep pent d on this board then u can run ddr but if c2d its must to keep ddr2

i know am2 needs ddr2(thks for eddy clearing that doubt of mine)
 
I spoke to Mr.Bhatia from Prime ABGB, he said that the reason why the prices are so high is because the x2 stock in bbay is over and it willl take another 3 weeks for the enw shopment to arrive :(

God, I cant wait for that long!
 
dd......seriously speaking ...try other shop.......the price which bd told me was 8.5k and at that time prime wasoffering same stuff at 10.5k............
this days i no longer rely on them(prime)....but yup bd confirmed me.....that shipments will b delayed...to that long in pm.....and most probably am2 stuffs will b alot ard.....so he told me to get the stuff at that time....but i was short of cash......also i missed the deejay deal.........

but somone confirmed(guess huntr or htr 1)...that x2 3800+ is for 8.1k in hyderabad.......so i m still +ive........
thats why i m saying..ifwe go lik 1 want single..peice they will quote high.......but if we say we need 3 peice hope we get a 1k discount......

Oh yeah. Why else do u think Saiyan and me live in Chennai ?? :P But the thing is that the X2 seems to be outta stock currently. Was told that stocks would arrive next week only.

same here they are out of stock in most of the shops :huh:
 
DD the dealers here suck ! I went to almost all the shops at lamington a few days ago and was quoted 9.6-9.8k for x2 3800+, however there was a catch to it as well. None of them had the proccys in stock and were expecting new stocks after 13-14th. Imho just get the cpu from other places like delhi or chennai. No point in waiting for the dealers here to level their prices..........

@magnet: Don't even expect 1k discount on ordering 2-3 processors. I was quoted 8.1k max for purchasing a lot of 10 x2s. :lol:
 
Yeah, definatly, I have asked my bro in Hyd to check out the x2 over there, lets see how things go.
 
lol blade.......u caught me i knew minimum ard 7-8+ deal would bring 1 k disc....but inorder to make ppl xcited i posted 2--3........i thght frm 23 we will increase to 8-10 u c........

nyways if u guys getting a deal for anything less than 8.3k(frm hereor frm other states) than buzz me.........

well 8.2k from hyderabad is the best deal atm. I already ordered mine frm smc delhi cost me 8.4k but since i have already dealt with those guys a premium of 200 bucks is ok with me.
 
hmmm....computerwarehouse has increased the price frm 8.8k to 9k...which shows the demand supply differnce.....

so somone ready to ship the stuff to me......ill pay the money to a reputed member here say deejay(or xt-->if he has no probs)..8.4k.......and u ship to him ill get frm him...what say?????

Way incorrect. Surprisingly that price was quoted by some AMD guys...:P They'd quoted the same price to me while we were testing it. I phoned them to make sure, they said its correct. I said its like 600 US now, so can u send me 10 processors? Then they said we'll get back to you. Its around 23~24K I believe. note sure though
 
amaresh may b u were not regular on forum...frm june only we were waiting for c2d lauch and x2 price to fall
 
I guess for now, the only way for Mumbai buyers to get their hands on the x2 is to ship it from somewhere else.
