Primeabgb charging 15% cancellations charges

Website like primeabgb is charging 15% for order cancellation in the name of restocking fees . What are your thoughts? Is it justified?

If it is shipped (which I'm not sure if it implies already delivered order or first mile only) then you are outta luck.

My opinion It's not good...
Seller can reduce the shipping charges if the product is shipped..
15% is not acceptable unless the product is rare to get or imported ...

It was ordered , fully paid , was shipped and then was trying to cancel because delivery was delayed by 3 days .

All this means is they no longer stock slow moving items, and if canceled they have to either keep it with them till it sels again or give it back to stockist at a loss.
