PC Peripherals Printer with CISS

Suggest me an inkjet printer with CISS System Support, Wireless printing using phones, and PSC Functions. Budget - 10k. Can be extended if its worth the price. Main uses will be Printing Documents, photos on photopaper upto A4 sizes.

I have Epson L355 in mind but is it worth spending 15k?

P.S. Are there any disadvantages of CISS over print quality or anything else?

Please help guys i need to buy a new printer tomorrow so i am a bit out of time now and still i am confused. I researched about epson l550 as well but i am unsure about its print quality.
