My experience with them is bit mixed...first ordered and got the JVC Marshmallows in 2 days...last week paid for M50 on ebay but after one day they called me up and informed me that they are out of stock..and refunded my money..But due to this I lost an ebay coupon worth 500 which I could have used elsewhere and my money is stuck with ebay for 4 days..Now ebay has not yet returned EMI charges of 200 odd...I had to do follow ups..

All this could have been avoided..if they have been updating their ebay listings in time..

Now I have ordered M2 from them..was told that it will be shipped yesterday for sure..till no update even after pming them..

so waiting..
 
Received the BRAINWAVZ M1 today, as usual was a hassle free experience with them, but Aramex played truant.

Will recommend them and definitely deal with them again. Cheers!!

Got Audio Technica M20 two days after placing order. Pristine Note was very cooperative. It was a friend's birthday gift, so they sent the bill to a different address and even agreed to include a birthday note in the package. Tell me honestly, can you ask for anything more?
 
Fiio E10, bought on 22nd Jan, despatched on 23rd Jan, received today.

Got the shipment very quickly, good experience and great communication.

Something is rattling inside the DAC, but it's a widely reported 'feature' so I'm not worrying about it.

[EDIT] The rattle is not inside the DAC. It is the loose fit of the slider knob of the gain switch at the bottom, so when you shake it a bit the switch rattles against the casing[/Edit]

i am actually on the lookout for my first "basshead" headphone.the sr60 fitted my description perfectly regarding this.the ms1 are quite the opposite i have heard.
