this site dxgmms1.sys - nV News Forums says you need to install this An update is available to improve the stability and reliability of Windows 7 and of Windows Server 2008 R2 update if your box is win7.

And LV302V64.SYS seems to be a rootkit according to this site. LV302V64.SYS, Prevx

try using this tool: RootkitRevealer

if its actually a rootkit, then removing it could be little tricky but not impossible.

edit: this site http://www.xraymypc.com/driver/P/PID_PEPI.htm says its related to logitech driver. and from my prev experience, logitech drivers do bsods. just uninstall them and you will be fine.

Windows update had automatically installed the dxgmms1.sys (KB974431) update quite early on.

The Rootkitrevealer doesn't seem to be working.(nothing happens after I double click)

edit :I have a logitech webcam, If i uninstall the drivers, how will I use it?
