Well as almost everyone has guessed, its Abit IP35 Pro.

The memory dividers on this board has limited my oc to 3.38Ghz so far.
Go Q6600 is up and running at 3.38Ghz @1.38vcore. All other voltages at stock.
Using Corsair value select as of now. My Ballistix is all packed up ready to ship to the buyer so couldn't test with it. With lowest divider this ram is already running at 750Mhz. Will try to push more later.

And a gr8 board . .. Congarts and enjoyy crunching 
and looks like abit has done a good job this time(considering the AB9) on the layout with the exeption of the power connector between the PCI and PCIE slot. Esata, dual GbE are nice tho firewire could have been included. but guess not a big deal at all considering how many ppl use it
