This PC is at my cousins house , Need some help guys , PC restarts after sometime of use.The screenshot of the temperatures are as follows , there is no fan besides the processor and graphics card fan.

Will reapplying the TIM and insering a side fan solve most of the problems , please suggest .
P.S:- Temperatures while browsing using firefox not any heavy load task.
Config is
Intel Core 2 Duo 2.0 ghz
1GB Ram
Intel DG33 Mobo
8600 GT
