Probelm With Utorrents (BSNL)

Since the past two days I have been experiencing a problem. Whenever i run Utorrentz, after a while(5-10mins) of good download speeds, the speed goes really down and at the same time I am unable to browse any websites on my browser.(all browsers tested). I am on BSNL 1350UL combo plan. I tried hard resetting my linksys wi-fi router and my iball Baton ADSL2+ router. Ports have been forwarded as required. All firewalls disabled. UPNP activated.

If I ever have to browse the internet again I have to restart my modem.

Primary DNS :-218.67.222.222
Secondary DNS:-218.67.220.220.
Can anyone tell me what's going on? :huh:

i am facing low speed on torrents 10-15KBps only.I am on BSNL 750UL combo plan.

No idea about issue but that problem is not common. Getting 230-250KBps on torrents, Home 500 Plan.

Some maintenance activity on BSNL side. It may last till this 30th. Being discussed on another thread.

guess u change to google public dns 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 also make sure u put em on the routers and reboot them

BSNL is having maintaince activity till the end of month .
