Storage Solutions Problem in moving files to WD Mybook

I recently bought a 1TB WD Mybook and been trying to move some files from my 500GB Seagate External HDD to this. But whenever I try to move some HD movie files I am getting the message as "The file 'Filename' is too large for the destination file system".

How to overcome this? Help needed.
 
Yes it is. Thanks, now I know what to do. Will reformat it into NTFS and try.

It looks idiotic to do a default formatting of a 1TB drive as FAT32.
 
Yeah, me too did the same foolish thing and now suffering the same problem due to lack of buffer HDD. :(
