PC Peripherals Problem with my Hauppauge HVR 1100... Please help..

Guys,

I face the following problem with my Internal TV Tuner Card - Hauppauge HVR 1100 .
I got this card in the Members Market at TE and it worked fine for a year with me and all of a sudden i get this problem.

The System Hangs all of a sudden and the only option left is to restart my computer. Am using Windows 7 32 bit . It hangs during normal working as well as during watching TV. I tried the card in my friends computer and am facing the same problem. I guess it must be a fault in the Hardware of the Card.

Am located in chennai.
Can anyone of you help me as to where i can give it for service and repair ?????:(

Any one of you have seen similar kind of problem ???:(

Since you say the same issue persists even with your friends PC, its obviously its a HW issue. Anyway you can try cleaning the golden leads of the card with a pencil rubber (white rubber like nataraj) and check. Once my Tuner card failed to get detected all of a sudden and i tried this method and it worked.. But there is only little hope...
