I wonder is anybody actually reads your query when you contact govt. support. Somebody I know mailed Income Tax requesting to waive off the 1000 charges. The person is handicapped, had medical issues and had been living away from home for years without access to internet. Income Tax in reply wrote the entire Aadhaar Pan link manual while writing that 1000 fine is to submitted for adults. The entire response was copy-pasted with zero regards to what the grievance was filed for.
