Problem with TATA Indicom Broadband

Well the TATA guys have asked me to use the connection without the dial up thing...i mean if i browse the connection directly works...

So far the dips have disappered

but now i am gettin the 'yellow light' i.e firewalled connection in eMule!! ( i have tried to disable the firewall from the router but it has not helped!!) can someone help me with this!
