So on October the 13th my friend messaged zero cool that i am interested to buy you PC. After that on 14th October we paid Rs.39,000 to Zero cool by cash deposit as he told that pay the Rs.39,000 and for shipping he told he will ship it and tell me the amount and i will pay next day. After that on 17th October zero cool send i7 processor, Gigabyte GAZ68XUD4B3 Mobo, 16gb RAM Zotac GeForce 210 Graphics card (Unused) and Microsft ARC Wireless Keyboard, Cooler Master Mouse SPAWN, Logitech G400 mouse. so it was delivered on 21th October and when i checked 4GB RAM and Microsoft keyboard was dead. And that he told us that due to diwali he will not be able to ship before 27th october so we said ok after that my friends account was bannned and i was in Tinsukia so my friend told him that i will dead with him in Tech Enclave since my friends account was banned. So he said ok and than after 8-10 days delay he send half of the product where as he was suppose to send all the remaining together. After that on 28th october he called me and told me he has shipped the monitors only after that when i enquired him he told me he doesnt have the cash for shipping so i told him ok after that we were chatting nicely in whatsapp. On 3rd November my Grandma expired due to old age and illness so i was busy because we Hindu's have a 10 day mourning and we cant go out so on 13th morning i transferred Rs.6000 on my friend bank account to pay him since hdfc bank and standard chartered bank dont have branch near my home so on 13th Nov my friend paid zero cool Rs.6000 for which zero cool said why you paid Rs.6000 as i get Rs.7000 and my friend said him ok ship the parcel tomorrow and i will pay Rs.1000 balance tomorrow after the on 14th my friend paid him Rs.1000 after that suddendly he said to me the you are banned in tech enclave and you are imtiaz and mod @
Crazy_Eddy has told him not to ship because i am fraud.
So my question is that i am chatting and talking everyday with him suddenly after paying zero cool full money how can a mods stop a seller to ship it to the buyer??
And if zero cool had any problem than why he deal with us?? After taking full money not he is saying that you are banned and this and that..if he didnt wanted to deal than he should have checked it before dealing so after getting full money he should ship remaing instead trying to fraud us with baseless allegations and its not that we have told him a different shipping address and he has send the shipment is the same address. And now after taking the full money he is yes to ship Cabinet, psu and motherboard and now he says @Crazy_Eddy told him to refund so my question is how come i accept refund because if i dont get psu cabinet than where will i power on my pc and how will i be able to use my pc

So mods tell me if he had any problem than he should have reported you mods when the first courier he shipped that is on 17th october but now after getting the full money he is trying to fraud us.

@nishthecooldude is not about psu and cabinet and its about the deal and since you were suppose to buy and i got it so you are jealous and who are you to tell me from where should i buy and it seems you live in a village and there are no shops in your area so you are buying from him. Here only buyer and seller is allowed....so stay out of it.
And we have paid him full money so he should ship everything that is we should get everything and he is delaying without any reason as he has shipped everything except psu, cabinet and motherboard to the same address and if seller had any problem than he should have cancelled the deal in first place as items were shipped to my friend's address and now after getting full money seller is trying to fraud with useless allegations.
And please guys see the rules as @Crazy eddy have already mentioned that only buyer and seller is allowed.
And guys stop saying you are imtiaz and this and that as we have paid money and we should get the stuff for which we paid the money thats it.

And i and my friend and fayiaz have bought the computer for our studies a alone we cant afford. And we have paid for the products and we should get the product because without psu and cabinet as well as mobo we cant power on the computer.
And as a mod you should help both of us close the topic and since we have paid him so we should get our stuff and i have a believe you will do a neutral judgement.
And as i mentioned if the seller had problem than he should have reported you before but now after getting the money he is cooking stories and delaying the shipment.

I have a lot to clear in this thread, this will take quite a bit of your time, so kindly bear with me.

I was contacted by a person with username@RevengeRude for purchase of my goods. Before making a sale I checked the blacklisted persons list and his name was not present over there. When he started sending me messages on Whastapp, his profile name showed up as Imtiaz and not as Faiyaz as he had told me. In fact even when you call him, his caller tune says "thank you for calling IMTIAZ". This is before he made the payment and I confirmed the same with him as I did not want to deal in any way with a banned member. I had a fleeting suspicion that he may be a banned member but I blindly trusted him when he said that he was not banned, it was someone else. Kindly see the following pic -

Now the point to be noted is, If I wanted to scam this guy, I would have simply told him to go and fudge himself and kept his Rs. 39000 with myself, but such thoughts never even entered my mind. I believed in him and shipped him the goods, parcel by parcel as he had assured me that he was not a banned member. After all on this forum we have nothing but trust in each other. If a person cheats on one of us, he cheats on the whole community and spoils the forum for rest of us.

Anyways, I shipped this guy the goods in two parcels and paid shipping for them from my own pocket.
As mentioned to him before the deal one parcel was shipped before Diwali and one after. You can notice the same from the first highlighted post in the image attached below. So it becomes clear that it was amply clear to him that the second parcel will be shipped to him after the 27th of October, still this guy has been crapping on my thread and accusing me of holding onto his money & delaying shipping. Its clear that Imtiaz/Feraz/Faiyaz/Hemanta Talukdar is a third grade liar himself (& a stupid one at that).

Again, if you look at the second highlighted portion of the first image & the highlighted portion of the image directly above it becomes clear that the buyer is a shady fellow himself & had some malafide intentions regarding this deal. Thank God, I did not fall into his trap and ship him my second computer (Worth Rs. 40k) without accepting a payment first.

In the image below the first reference to Hemanta Talukdar is made. Truth be told I have never chatted with hemanta, never heard from him, heck he never even deposited money into my account! It was BANNED/FRAUDULENT MEMBER IMTIAZ ALL ALONG

In the image attached below I have mentioned the term "Volumetric Shipping". Can someone please explain this concept to this imbecile? All parcels have bigger sizes than their weight yet, this moron pushes me to pay for shipping as per weight. I wish he had brains bigger than a grape.

If you notice the image below you come to realise the extent of his sinister intentions. He actually had his eyes on my second i5 based computer. Good thing I caught him in the act and did not fall prey to his false promises. He kept on telling me on the phone to ship him the remaining parcel and that he will make a complete payment in one go.

By 28th of october I had shipped Imtiaz two parcels which contained the following goods -

Intel i7 2600K Processor - Rs. 12000/-
Gigabyte GAZ68XUD4B3 Mobo (fresh out of RMA) - 5000/-
DELL TFT ST2320L 23" Monitor - 4000/-
4 x Corsair XM3 4GB (total 16GB Ram) - 2000x4 = 8000/-

Microsft ARC Wireless Keyboard - 1000/-
Seagate 640 GB ST3640323AS HDD - 1700/-

The shipping cost of the two parcels was Rs.1100/- and Rs. 1700/- respectively

The grand amount of the goods shipped by me and the shipping charges borne by me = Rs. 41500/-
Not taking into consideration the time and fuel I burned while taking these goods to the courier guy of his choice which is a good 30kms from my house!

TILL 11TH NOVEMBER I HAD RECIEVED ONLY RS.39000/- FROM THIS GUY IN LIU OF ALL THAT I HAD ALREADY SHIPPED AND SPENT ON SHIPPING which amounted to Rs. 41500/-. I did this purely on trust. I wanted a quick, fast and hassle free deal with the seller and hence was ready to give him a discount of a few thousands as well, but this guy, he wasted my time and money. I feel cheated that he lied to me about not being banned, and he fixed a discounted price with me over the goods and didn't make the complete payment until 14th NOVEMBER. I gave him a discount because he assured me of prompt payment which he did not make. I could have sold the goods before he made the complete payment to someone else for more.


And then to make matters worse, yesterday I chanced upon this guys address at the banned/fraudulent members thread in the sellers forum -
If you compare the two images below, you shall notice that the address given to me by this Imtiaz/Feraz/Faiyaz/Hemanta is same as the one mentioned in the fraudulent members page.

I thanked my stars that I did not ship the last parcel to him without receiving the remaining payment or worse that I did not ship him my i5 computer purely on trust. I searched his sale threads and to my absolute horror, this guy IMTIAZ786/RevengeRude is a habitual offender and a professional fraudster! I messaged the moderator and asked for his guidance on the matter and he advised me to refund his money and close the chapter. When I called this guy to ask him why is he banned and why did he lied to me, he got loud on the phone and started blabbering nonsense. He won't even let me complete my sentence. TBH, I had called to to tell this moron that I AM SHIPPING THE GOODS, but no, this imbecile won't even listen to me.

Anyways adding more to his tomfoolery, this guy started crapping on my i5 Computer sale thread, which had nothing to do with him!!! Now this INFURIATED me! The nonsense written by this guy has costed me the sale of half my goods over there!!! I don't know, wether he is a moron and idiot who is illiterate and uneducated, who can't even find the damn thread where he purchased the goods from or he crapped on my thread out of spite! And then yesterday, this guy whatsapps me, calling me a liar and a cheat and threatens with legal action! Now the deal with legal action is that even if I decided to ship him the goods now, there is no guarantee that he will agree and confirm receiving them and he might further accuse me of cheating him. Knowing his background on TE forums, I just cannot take the chance.

I have decided that I WILL NOT SHIP HIS GOODS. Period. I have received Rs. 46000/- so far and shipped him goods worth Rs. 39700/- and spend Rs.2800/ - on shipping. If I add the cost of fuel which I spent while going to HIS courier guy, the grand amount comes to Rs.42000/-

I am willing to refund Rs. 4000 to his bank account only and only after he apologises on my other thread (i5 sale thread) and deletes all his comments over there. Plus he makes a written statement that all dues have been settled, full and final!

Sir see here the seller mentioned that he got money for the following items....here is the proof.

For shipping and second mobo (Gigabyte GAB75MD3H Mobo) he asked me Rs.6675 but i was forced to Rs.7000 afterwards here is the proof.

Here is the proof that seller asked me to pay Rs.7000/- instead of Rs.6670 which he told me to pay before that

Since i paid Rs.39,000 seller didnt ship the psu and Cabinet he should refund Rs.3000 for Psu and Rs.3500 for cabinet.
After that
i have paid Rs.7000.
for the (Gigabyte GAB75MD3H Mobo) and shipping(including shipping for cabinet,psu and mobo)
And since seller has shipped only 2 consignments which according seller is Rs.1100 for the fist consignment and Rs.1475 for the second consignment so the total is Rs.2575
And since the seller didnt ship the second mobo (Gigabyte GAB75MD3H Mobo) which he was suppose to ship with the psu and cabinet for that Rs.2500
So the total i paid to the seller is Rs.46,000 (Rs.39k for the products and Rs.7000 for Shipping(including Second gigabyte motherboard for which i paid Rs.2500)
So the calculation is Since the seller didnt ship the items for which i paid him he should refund me including the shipping fees i gave him for Cabinet,psu and mobo.
So i should get Rs.3000(psu)+ Rs.3500(cabinet) + Rs.2500(Gigabyte GAB75MD3H Mobo) plus Rs.2000(which he took for shipping the cabinet,psu and mobo)
Total Rs.11,000/-(Total Refund)

If you closely study the picture attached below (uploaded by Imtiaz the fraud CHOR) you can calculate the cost of items sold to him. This amount comes to a total of Rs. 45,400 In addition to this he later ordered a second motherboard Gigabyte GAB75MD3H (which is still with me) costing Rs. 2500. Plus there are costs associated with shipping amounting to Rs 1100 (made on 17.10.14) & Rs 1675 (made on 28.10.14)[Photos of challans can be uploaded on request].

The grand total comes to an amount of

Rs. 45,400+2500 = 47,900 (Cost of All Computer Parts purchased by him)
Plus
Rs. 1100+1675 = 2,775 (Cost of shipping)
Which equals to Rs. 50,675

So far Imtiaz has paid me Rs 46,000 in three instalments of Rs. 39000+Rs. 6000+Rs 1000

Technically, Imtiaz still owes me Rs. 4,675 yet, But I was very generously offering him a refund of Rs. 4000. Why? Because I agreed to give him a bulk buyers discount of Rs. 8,675.

Now, Imtiaz has done few things with make me question my moral compass with regards to the discount that he has been offered in this deal.

1. Imtiaz has called me a "Chor" & has threatened me with legal action.

2. He crapped on my i5 Computer sale thread https://www.techenclave.com/community/threads/mid-range-gaming-pc-for-cheap.170319/#post-1994142 which he had absolutely nothing to do with (Please note, now he has deleted his senseless post from there). Nevertheless he soiled a quick sale that I was going to make.

3. He is a banned & fraudulent member of this community who not only hid this fact from me but he even tried to con me out of more computer parts (worth Rs 40k) by asking me to trust his sorry ass.

Truth be told after all that has happened, I should not be bound to offer any discount to a lying, thieving, thuggish cheat like Imtiaz.

After clearing this out, It must be cleared and brought into stock the cost of items which have been held back by me. They are:

Corsair 650 TXUK Power supply - 3200/-
Cooler Master (CM Storm) Enforcer Cabinet - 3500/-
Gigabyte GAB75MD3H Mobo - 2500/-

The total cost of these comes to Rs. 9,200

Therefore total Calculation of refund is as follows.

Cost of Things sold to Imtiaz (inclusive of shipping) = Rs. 50,675
Payment Received from him = Rs. 46,000
Cost of Goods held back = Rs. 9200

Full & Final Amount Refundable = Rs. 4525

(Please note, I have generously let go of the cost associated with the fuel & time that this idiot has made me waste.)

He has time and again tried to confuse people & has lied about the cost of shipping amongst other things. It must be noted that this man uses his pathetic grammar to confuse & con people. I request the mods to guide me on this matter and I also request the mods to pressurise Imtiaz into clearing any outstanding debts that he may have with other members before I refund him his dues.
